Self-doubt seems to be the largest cause of stopping. The best way to get up and go again is to remember the difference between a hero/heroine and a coward. Both are scared but one does it anyway.
Good point Vic. Thanks
Fear in general will stop people from doing a lot of things.
Staying with the norms instead of going against the grain will also stop people.
Get going again (1) tired of sitting on the sideline and not able to experience life for real (2) seeing that others can do it, so the “I think I can” attitude might surface (3) life is too short … and there are always alternative solutions in case things don’t work out
Yes fear is very powerful when not confronted. Thanks.
In my experience, people get stopped because they’re not allowing themselves to either really feel, really know, or really pursue what they actually really want. So their life energy just runs out, and suddenly…they hit the wall.
Oops, forgot to add what gets ‘em going again! You have to turn off the babble all around you about what you SHOULD want, including that in your own head, and really examine what it is that you are telling your heart it cannot have. Then look at why, and HOW you CAN have it, and start putting the resulting onrush of energy behind that.
Many thanks for another terrific post. Where else could anyone get that kind of information in such a perfect way of writing? I have a presentation next week, and I am on the look for such information. Regards, Bennie.
I simply wanted to let you know how much I actually appreciate everything you’ve provided to help improve the lives of individuals in this theme. Through your own articles, we have gone from just an inexperienced to a specialist in the area. It truly is truly a tribute to your work. Thanks
